CAOLIN: White clay, also called kaolin, rich in silica whose name derives from the ancient Chinese city of Kao-Ling (land of the high hills) where it was discovered. It captures moisture, absorbs excess sebum, has an opacifying and slightly astringent action. Thanks to the aluminum content, it performs an antiseptic and detox action, eliminating impurities, bacteria and excess sebum while simultaneously providing precious minerals.
